All the rest and refreshment you need flows from the Sacred and Eucharistic Heart of Jesus Christ. Why do you seek water from cisterns that are dry when you can have living water? Come to me all you who are weary and find life burdensome and I will give you rest.
I agree with this. We are lucky to have Adoration in our Parish every Thursday from seven in the morning to ten at night. It's a great blessing. "I will give you rest". I think the secret is to accept and abandon ourselves into the loving arms of Our Father.
