Bureaucracy and office work doesn't have to be so bad. It's gotta be done, you might as well be happy about it. I've spent six hours at SSS (Social Security in US) office and another 9 hours making backlogged reports. The staff are actually quite funny, the guards all know me by name. They even have priority for pregnant ladies, elderly, and a breastfeeding booth. In the back is an image of Divine Mercy with flowers. People are generally good natured and patient, considering sometimes one line takes 75 minutes.
